In 1989, the bank acquired land in northwestern Charlotte County on the site of the current facility. In 2008, our two-story, 6,000-square-foot Service and Support Center was constructed behind our branch. In 2017 and 2019 Terese received the Venice Area Board of Realtors Affiliate Honor Award for her continued dedication as a member of the board’s Scholarship Committee.
